To manage spam filtering in cPanel, start by logging into your account. Scroll down to the Email section and click on Spam Filters.
On the Spam Filters page, you’ll see a toggle labeled “Process New Emails and Mark Them as Spam”.

To enable spam filtering, make sure this option is switched on.

To disable it, simply turn it off.
Disabling spam filtering will stop automatic spam detection, which may leave your inbox exposed to unwanted or harmful emails.
