If a legitimate email is mistakenly flagged as spam, it will be moved to the Spam Box—unless you’ve enabled auto-delete, in which case the message is permanently removed.
You can check the Spam Box using:

To recover the email, simply move it back to your inbox.
If this issue occurs often, you can:
