If you have enabled the "Automatically Delete New Spam" option in cPanel, emails marked as spam are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Unfortunately, once deleted, these messages are not stored anywhere and are lost.
To avoid this, it's recommended to disable auto-delete and instead use the Spam Box feature. This allows spam messages to be redirected to a separate folder, where you can manually review and recover any legitimate emails that may have been flagged incorrectly.
Using Spam Box provides more control and reduces the risk of losing important messages.
