To turn off an autoresponder in cPanel, log in to your account and go to the Autoresponders section under the Email tab.
You’ll see a list of active autoresponders. Locate the one you want to stop, and you have two options:
Delete it to immediately stop all automated replies.
Edit it and set a past stop date or disable it manually.
Once deleted or expired, the autoresponder will no longer send automatic replies.
